Privacy Policy
Safeguarding your privacy at Nonease.
Last updated: 2026-09-03
This notice explains what personal information Nonease (“we”, “us”) collects when you use nonease.site, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have over it.
1.What we collect
- Your swap details: the currencies and networks you exchange, the amounts, and the wallet addresses you provide.
- An email address, only if you choose to give one so we can send you updates about a swap. It is optional and never required to place one.
- Technical data such as your IP address and browser or device information, used for security and to prevent abuse.
- Anything you type into the live chat, together with the information the chat provider records to run it — see “Live chat” below.
- Aggregate visit counts: which pages were viewed, the country the request came from, and the site that referred you.
We do not collect a payment card number: Nonease exchanges cryptocurrency directly, so no card ever passes through us. Exchanging requires no account, and we hold no order history under your name.
Separately, people who join our partner programme do create an account. For them we also hold an email address, a password (stored only as a salted hash, never as text you could read back), the payout address they ask to be paid at, and a record of the referrals and payments on that account. This applies only to partners — never to someone exchanging.
2.Why we use it
To carry out and confirm your swap; to detect fraud and abuse; to meet our legal and anti-money-laundering obligations, described in our AML/KYC policy; and to respond when you contact us. Where we rely on your consent — for the optional email updates — you may withdraw it at any time.
3.Who we share it with
We use a small number of providers to run the Platform, and each of them sees only what it needs to do its job:
- Our exchange partner — a third-party exchange service executes your swap, and receives the currencies, amounts and wallet addresses involved. Contact us if you want to know which provider handled a particular swap.
- Tawk.to — provides the live chat, and receives what you type into it along with the technical data described below.
- Vercel — hosts the site, and processes requests to it.
- Upstash — provides the database that holds swap records and visit counts.
We also share information with a regulator, auditor or law-enforcement body where the law requires it or our AML policy calls for it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
4.How long we keep it
Swap records are kept for as long as the law requires for financial and anti-money-laundering purposes, which is typically several years. Technical logs are kept for a much shorter period. Visit counts expire automatically after 400 days. Chat transcripts are kept by our chat provider under its own retention settings. We delete or anonymise information once neither reason applies.
5.Keeping it safe
Our exchange provider’s API credentials are held server-side and never reach your browser. Access to swap data inside Nonease is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee against every attack, but we design and review our systems to make one as difficult as we reasonably can.
6.Live chat
The chat bubble is provided by Tawk.to. Opening a page loads their widget, which means Tawk.to receives your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you visit on this site, whether or not you start a conversation. If you do start one, they store the transcript so it can be answered and followed up.
Tawk.to acts as our processor for this and sets its own cookies to recognise a returning visitor and keep a conversation together across pages. Their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy notice. Blocking their domain in your browser stops the widget loading; everything else on this site works without it.
7.Cookies and analytics
Nonease sets no advertising cookies and takes part in no cross-site tracking. It sets its own cookies in three narrow cases:
- A referral cookie, if you arrive on a partner’s link. It records only that partner’s code so the referral can be credited, holds nothing about you, and is set for as long as your browser will keep it.
- A sign-in cookie for partners, on the partner pages only.
- A sign-in cookie for the site operator, in the private admin area, which never runs on the pages you use.
Our visit counts are first-party and cookie-free. To count a repeat visitor without identifying one, we take your IP address and browser string, combine them with a secret value and hash the result, keeping only a short fragment of that hash. The fragment cannot be reversed into an IP address, and the counts are stored as totals rather than as a list of visits. The live chat described above is a separate matter and does set cookies.
8.Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal information, and to object to how we use it. Write to support@nonease.site and we will act on it in line with applicable law. Because swaps are not tied to an account, please include the swap link or ID so we can find the record. If you believe we have mishandled your data, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9.Age
The Platform is for users aged 18 and over, or a minor using it with a parent or guardian’s verified consent where local law allows it. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone who does not meet that bar; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
10.International transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in a country other than the one you live in, wherever our servers and service providers operate. By continuing to use the Platform you agree to that transfer.
11.Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time; the date above shows when we last did. A material change will be posted here before it takes effect.
